Product Development

We have experience in instant payments, card acquiring, POS device lifecycle management, online payments, card programmes, digital tokens, digital identity, fraud mitigation, mobile authentication and secure payment networks.

We develop existing products or design new products from scratch. In developing products for our clients, we evaluate the current or potential technologies and provide input to product design and technology selection. We conduct market research and draw on local and global influences, taking into consideration market dynamics to inform the customer value proposition. We inform pricing structures, map the product roadmap and develop business cases to test assumptions and confirm commercial viability. Where regulation needs to be considered, we engage the regulators, conduct research and assist with legal briefings to support the legal process.

Businesss Development

We leverage our contact network and engage with our clients’ customers to extend or develop new revenue streams for our clients.

Proof of concepts and pilot solutions are often a preferred tried and tested method to evaluate a product on the ground, its performance and its routes to monetisation. We scope proof of concepts, identify, engage and onboard stakeholders, and manage and report on findings to inform strategic decision-making.

Strategic Marketing

Market understanding is the cornerstone of successful product development and uptake. We develop go-to-market strategies informed by market insights.

We provide a lead agency function for our clients. We manage specialised marketing agencies to develop and execute campaigns across multiple media channels, ensuring the brand, content and visuals are on point. Market-focused, our downstream agile approach enriches our clients' understanding of their target customers and allows for campaign refinement to achieve a favourable and measurable return on investment.

Project Management

As good as an idea is, the execution is what makes or breaks its success. We provide realistic project timelines to meet goal-orientated milestones. To achieve transparency, we use online and automated project management tools to provide our clients with a readily accessible view throughout the duration of the project.

PayShap Activation

As part of the core team involved in the PayShap go-to-market, we assist Banks, and Non-Banks (FinTech's, PSP's, SO's, TPPP's, and Merchants), who want to integrate to or offer interbank low-value instant payments to their customers. We solution with our clients to unpack use cases allied to PayShap and its roadmap and leverage our network to mobilise and aid implementation.

Use of the PayShap brand and dictionary requires strict adherence to the brand specifications provided by the Scheme. Non-compliance can result in delayed time to market. To mitigate, we review our clients' application of the PayShap brand and messaging on all internal and customer-facing channels, including digital platforms and collateral prior to submission to the Scheme.
